Scope
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between GeldKI ('Provider') and the users of the GeldKI platform ('User'). By registering and using GeldKI, you accept these Terms of Service.
Service Description
GeldKI is an AI-powered financial coaching platform for the German market. The platform provides the following services: (1) Secure connection to your bank account via PSD2-certified APIs (Tink), (2) Automatic categorization and analysis of your transactions, (3) AI-powered chatbot financial advice, (4) Savings goal management, (5) Additional features depending on your subscription plan.
Registration and User Account
To use GeldKI, you must register for free. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. GeldKI is not liable for unauthorized access to your account by third parties if this is due to your negligent or intentional disclosure of your password.
Free and Paid Services
GeldKI offers a free plan with limited features and paid subscriptions (Plus and Pro). The exact features and prices are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change the features of free and paid plans.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed via Stripe. For German users, we support SEPA Direct Debit and card payments. The subscription price is debited monthly on your billing date. Subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel them. All prices are in euros and include German VAT (if applicable).
Cancellation
Users can cancel their subscription at any time in their settings. Cancellation is effective immediately. You will retain access to your account until the end of the current billing period.
Limitation of Liability
GeldKI and the Provider are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to GeldKI in the last 12 months, or €100, whichever is greater.

Final Provisions
Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, in particular the state of Hesse. The place of jurisdiction for disputes is Wiesbaden, Germany.
Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms of Service is wholly or partly invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified by email of material changes. Your continued use of GeldKI following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
